We offer FREE standard worldwide shipping on orders over $99. Please note that we require 3-7 business days to fulfil your order before shipping it. Processing time will be longer if order was placed on weekends or holidays. All orders will be processed in US dollars.

The time-frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Handling Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. The order is sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and postal service process the order, which takes additional 3-7 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery time is vary depending on the carrier and the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7-20 business days* for the following countries:
    Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam.
    For Rest of the World deliveries, please allow 10-40 business days* for your order to be arrived.
    After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 1-3 weeks to arrive at their destination, but can take longer from time to time. For example, the delivery method to the US is typically faster than other countries around the world. All prices and delivery times for international delivery are available at checkout.

Shipping Address: Shipping address must be written in English. Customer is responsible to provide correct shipping address. In case if customer provided wrong shipping address, we won’t provide a refund. Please read Refunds & Returns for more information. Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Address Changes, Order Changes & Cancellation: No order changes can be made after order has been placed. However, you can cancel your order or change your shipping address within 4 hours of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to process address changes and cancellations for any order which is already out with the courier for delivery. Cancellation fee may apply. Therefore, please carefully review the shipping address before completing your order. You need to send us email with such request. Please note, the email’s subject line must have "ADDRESS CHANGE NEEDED" or "CANCEL MY ORDER". If your email won't have such title your request will not be processed.

Shipping Confirmation: Once the order is fulfilled and shipped, the shipping confirmation email with a tracking code (if applicable) will be automatically sent to you. Some items are not eligible for international shipping. We will get in touch if your order can't be shipped and issue a refund in full.

Shipping Delays, Custom Duties: We are not responsible for any international shipping delays (such as customs delays, etc.) and custom duties or taxes. International customers are responsible for customs duties, brokerage fees, taxes, etc. If you have any inquiries regarding duties, customs and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office.
